Who holds space for you?
It’s important to have that person. To have a safe and loving space to let your darkness out. To share your fears. To feel your sorrow, grief, shame… whatever form your pain shows up as.
This person doesn’t have to be a lover or your partner all the time. But you must choose to allow this person to be there for you. To show up for you just as much as you must show up for yourself.
Granting yourself permission to let go of your roles. To be your authentic self. To be vulnerable and open to all that wants to arise in you. To have an honest conversation with yourself. With your person.
This space has no room for judgments. No room for shame. No room for hate. I encourage each and everyone of us to find this person. To allow this person into your darkness and your light.
