I am shifting the recent 5 week small class series into a monthly class (4th Thursday of the month).
This will be a monthly class where we breakdown different asanas (postures) each month. We will discuss the anatomy, mechanics, alignment and purpose of each asana, along with transitioning in and out the poses. We will slow-mo our transitions in order to ‘feel’ the activation in the muscles as we move in and out of poses.
Each months will build on the previous month…
April 25th = Sun Salutation A
May 23rd = Kneeling and squat poses
June 27th = Warrior Poses
July 25th = Standing poses (side angle, Triangle, etc)
August 22nd = Balance poses
September 26th = Revolved poses and backbends
October 24th = Arm balances
November 28th = Inversions
