Ericka began practicing yoga over a decade ago, however, over time its role shifted from being primarily a physical activity to a deep mental and spiritual one. After years of exploring her own practice, she decided to make the leap and pursue her 200 HR certification.
Since then, she has continued her personal yogic journey, while delighting in assisting others on theirs. Meditation and nature inspire her practice and have always been her source of peace and calm. Ericka strives to meet her students where they are and be a stepping stone in their journey.
Her goal is to maintain a fierce curiosity about the world and a sense of adventure about what the next step might bring. She hopes to share with her students that same curiosity and playfulness.
