This will be a monthly class where we breakdown different asanas (postures) each month. We will discuss the anatomy, mechanics, alignment and purpose of each asana, along with transitioning in and out the poses. We will slow-mo our transitions in order to ‘feel’ the activation in the muscles as we move in and out of poses. More details in link….
