Nicole is an advocate for all things health and fitness – mind, body, & spirit. Her mission is to empower others to transform their lives and become happier, healthier (balanced) versions of themselves. Nicole serves the community as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor.
Active living has continuously been a top priority throughout Nicole’s life. Growing up in Buffalo, New York, Nicole was a competitive cheerleader during her high school and college years, which is also when her fitness journey began. Nicole dabbled in a variety of group fitness classes from mind-body classes, to
strength & cardio based classes, to more unique classes such as aerial silks & pole fitness. After a while, she adjusted her focus and combined strength training with group fitness – this is when she experienced authentic personal growth in every dimension and realized that health & fitness is where her heart lies.
Nicole made her first debut as a fitness professional in December 2015 at a women’s gym in Buffalo, NY. Today, Nicole extends her knowledge and passion on to others in hopes of empowering people (especially women) to also become their very best self. You can find her teaching boot camp, HIIT, strength/conditioning, and interval style classes in the Winston Salem, NC area.
