What people are saying about Yoga(mmunity)….
Never having done yoga before, but hearing about its benefits, I went to the first Foothills Yoga session (for the beer). Hooked me from the start. Deanna tailors it to the participants brilliantly and with a sense of humor. Her explanations of what to do and not do and why make sense. I have altered my Saturday workout schedule around it. ” ~Heather H.
“Foothills Yoga is a wonderful weekend ritual. My wife Maria and I look forward to the challenging, yet efficient hour-long class, followed by an equally-satisfying pint of Foothills. We unexpectedly discovered the brewery one January day, while running errands, and impulsively decided to stop in. When we saw the Foothills Yoga class letting out, we knew we had to give it a try. Now we look forward to the class every weekend we’re in town.” ~Jeremy S.
